Platform Processing Fees

​DRG Platform Processing Fees. By using our software as a service, Customer hereby agrees on the Customer’s own behalf and on behalf of the Customer’s users (also Customers) that both shall abide by the terms and conditions of the Stripe Connected-Account Agreement accessible here https://stripe.com/legal/connect-account, the Stripe Services Agreement accessible here https://stripe.com/legal/ssa, and further agree to abide by the Stripe Privacy Policy available at https://stripe.com/privacy as amended from time to time.
DRG Platform Processing Fees are outlined below.

Card Processing Fees: 

• Card processing (excluding AMEX): 3.5% of the transaction, plus a flat fee of $0.39. 
• AMEX processing: 4% of the transaction, plus a flat fee of $0.39. 
• Card Dispute Fee: $20.00

ACH Processing Fees: 

• ACH: $4.50 flat rate per transaction
• ACH Failure Fee: $10.00
• Reversal Fee: $20.00
