Our proprietary profile menu icon gives you access to everything else! In addition to all of the information you can store against a person's profile, you can also drag and drop documents to the person's profile for easy storage and future access.
For Local Unions, membership dues are an important revenue stream to power your Local. Fusion provides broad support for customizing the frequency of dues invoices, flexibility in the creation of membership classifications that break down money across multiple accounts, and even provides smart connectivity with related initiation fees. Want your members to schedule their dues payments online using ACH/Credit Card? We support all of this and much more through our membership and dues module.
A student apprenticeship generates a great deal of information that must be captured and organized. Fusion provides you with the ability to track and maintain a very detailed student record, allows for students to submit track their class history and related invoices, OJT online, grades, attendance, inline documents, evaluations and everything else under the sun connected to education.
Most Union Locals will manage their events on paper or by email. Fusion boasts a very power event module that allows Union Locals to invite members or prospective members to continuing-education training sessions for OSHA, Safety, Welding and others. Custom events can also be created for events such as golf tournaments or fishing derbies. Don't keep your event data in another platform when we have lots of space in our platform to keep your data in one place, not all over the place. Fusion also has an inline connector that allows Locals to connect the published events directly to your website for easy electronic registration.
Health Eligibility, Local Pensions, Disability benefits, unemployment benefits and more. Our system will allow you to track member benefit applications and manage those applications through to completion. Health eligibility rules vary significantly from Local to Local. Our platform allows each Local to customize the ruleset directly to their policy or Summary Plan Description (SPD). Document and Schedule payouts for any one of the benefits on any frequency consistent with your internal needs.
In most Local Unions, contractors are required to withhold monies from their members to fund items such as: Local Pension, Health & Welfare, Vacation, Assessments, Annuity and anything else that might be part of the Local agreements with its contractors and members. Fusion's remittance capture provides a structured interface for contractors to log in and provide the hours for each member. Fusion does the rest. Based on preconfigured wage packages, the platform will calculate based on either wages or hours the dollar amounts owed for each fund. When a remittance request is completed, pay electronically using ACH. At only $2.75 / transaction, it's an efficient way for contractors to take care of paying the entire request at once.
We take financials seriously. Fusion provides support for orders, line items, payments, refunds, discounts, reversals and sophisticated reporting. Our financial module utilizes standard dual ledger accounting practice where everything flows precisely into an account structure. All of your deposits are organized neatly into batches for easy reconciliation. Integrated stripe credit card payments and ACH payments round out the smart functionality also included.
